A Soldier’s Welcome Home {michigan photographer}

Molly and Bob are a couple who’s wedding ceremony I had the pleasure of photographing last year. So it was really my honor to go to Selfridge military base, to welcome Bob home from a Iraq. Bob is an Army Ranger and he and his company have been gone for about a year. It was a great to see the soldiers welcomed home to cheers and clapping as they walked in formation to their friends and family awaiting. It was great to see how excited and happy Molly and Bob’s mom were to see him. Of course, being a Dad of a little girl, my heart was really touched though to see all of the little girls hugging their dad’s for the first time in a long time. I’m only one person, but this one person would like to say THANK YOU to Bob and all of our nations soldiers. welcome home.
